Perseverance Genre Pack – Almost There…
The Perseverance Genre Pack is finally beginning to take shape as a full book. As of today, I’d say around 75% of the content is written, including mechanics, setting lore, factions, character creation tools, and several sample Tales. A preliminary layout is also in progress — an A5 PDF version already weighs in at over 220 pages.
I had originally hoped to release the full pack in May. But as some of you may have noticed, the Perseverance Tales series has taken on a life of its own. These narrative explorations (The Long Haul,Dustbound Justice,Ash and Iron and Horn and Blood – Part 1 and Part 2) have opened up exciting storytelling possibilities and helped solidify the tone and breadth of the setting. They’ve been incredibly rewarding to write. But yes, they also took time.
I still dream of releasing the Genre Pack before the summer break, but I can't make any promises.
In the meantime, would you like to help?
If you’re a reader of the blog, a fan of QuestWorlds, or simply curious about this world in the making, I’d love to share a beta version of the Genre Pack with a handful of volunteers. The goal: spot errors, check for inconsistencies, and give some honest feedback to help make the final version better.
